Two plans, and no surprises in the second month.
The same app either way. What changes is how much of a practice it is keeping track of: one person with a diary, or a clinic with records, a team and up to 5 places to work from. It starts with 30 days free.
- 30 days free
- Unused trial days carry over
- No card, ever
- Nothing renews itself
- Your data stays yours
Booking
One person with a diary: the calendar, the people on it, what they owe you, the messages that go out and how the months compare.
$12.00 per month
or $10.00 a month paid 1 year ($120.00)
2 months free
$144.00
saved $24.00
- Up to 2 places to work from, each with its own address, hours and diary
- You + 1 other person, with their own login and their own role
- 30 days free to start, and unused days are added to the plan you buy
What is in it
- Calendar, the people on it, payments and your own settings The diary and the week around it, a record of everyone you see and what they owe, payments in three currencies, and your own hours. Every plan has these, and so does the trial.
- Team members Invite other people into the same practice and decide what each of them can reach. Without it the practice is one login: it opens on any number of devices, and everyone signing in with it has full access.
- Automatic messages Confirmations, reminders and receipts sent to the person you are seeing.
- Insights and exports How the weeks compare, what was earned, and Excel out.
Pro adds: Detailed records, Multiple locations, Stock and orders.

A trial opens both plans at once for its 30 days, so the choice between them is made by using them rather than by reading two lists.
Every way of paying for it
Pick the length when the plan is granted, and again each time it is renewed. Nothing renews itself, and nothing charges a card: there is no card.

How paying for it actually works
Start free, pay when you are ready, and pay for it yourself: the licence extends the moment the payment clears.
Ask for a plan
Create the account in the app or the browser and pick the plan that matches the practice. No card, no billing details.
Pay for it, and it is active
Tap Pay in the app, or use the payment page. The licence extends as soon as the payment clears, with nobody to wait for.
Access runs to a date
The app shows the day it ends and warns you in the last week. Renew for a month, three months or a year; nothing lapses without notice.
Questions people actually ask
The ones that arrive by email, answered before you have to send it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Sign-in stops until a plan is active, and everything is where you left it when it is: the clients, the sessions, the payments and the notes are on the server, not on the phone that installed it.
Do I lose the rest of my trial if I pay before it ends?
No. The days left are added to the plan you buy, so a fortnight still to run plus a month bought is six weeks. Every renewal works that way, so there is never a reason to wait for the last day.
Can I try both plans?
You already are. A trial opens both at once and they run to the same date, so you can use the clinical record, the stock room and the team for the same days you are using the calendar, and decide afterwards. Buying one plan while you hold time on the other keeps both, each with its own expiry.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, and the data comes with you. Moving up opens the extra screens on the account you already have; moving down closes them and keeps what is in them.
Do I pay per device?
No. One login works on your phone, your tablet and a browser at once. What is counted is people: each plan invites some, every invited person gets their own login and a role, and a practice that needs one more buys a seat by the month rather than a different plan.
Which currency am I charged in?
The prices above are what this deployment charges today, in the currency it shows them in. Inside the app you bill your own clients in any of three currencies at your own rate, which is a separate thing.
Try it before any of this matters.
30 days free, with both plans open for all of them. No card, nothing to install in the browser, and nothing renews itself when the month is up.
