For private teachers and tutors

Lessons, students and fees, in one place.

Lessons booked, students and parents reminded from your own WhatsApp number, homework and progress kept on each student, and the fee settled from the same screen. On Android and in the browser, in English and Arabic.

Free for 30 days, no card, and nothing renews itself.

The week view: sessions across five working days, two of them double booked, and the hours outside the working day folded into a strip at each end. The week view: sessions across five working days, two of them double booked, and the hours outside the working day folded into a strip at each end.
A week, as the practice actually works it.

Fewer missed lessons

A lesson nobody turned up to is an hour you cannot teach twice. Three things the app does about it.

Reminded from your number

An email goes out on its own the day before. For WhatsApp, the message is written for you and opens in your own chat with the student or the parent, so it arrives from the number they already have saved.

The weekly lesson goes in once

A standing lesson is one series, not a year of entries. A clash or a slot outside your hours is flagged while you are still choosing it.

Missed is a status, not a memory

Done, cancelled or missed colours the week, and attendance over a term is one screen.

Progress

Every student, in teaching words

Pick private teaching as your type of work and the app talks about students, lessons and locations, never patients. Each student keeps lesson notes, a lesson plan, homework and results, with files attached.

  • Lesson notes after every lesson, typed or written by hand with a stylus
  • A lesson plan per student, with goals and progress
  • Homework, tests and results kept on the student, not in a chat thread
  • Fields of your own: level, instrument, school, exam date

Paid per lesson

Each lesson carries its own fee from the rate you set once. Take cash or a transfer, in USD, LBP or EUR, send a receipt, and see who still owes you on one screen.

How billing works

The booking page a patient sees on a phone: the days with room in them, the free times on the day they picked, and one button to ask for it. The booking page a patient sees on a phone: the days with room in them, the free times on the day they picked, and one button to ask for it.

New students

A link instead of a phone call

Send a student their own link with the times you offer them, or put one public page on your Instagram bio or website. A request waits for your approval before it lands in your week.

How the booking page works

What it costs

Lesson notes, plans and homework are on the Pro plan: ⁨$30.00⁩ a month, or less paid yearly, after 30 days free.

Is this only for clinics?

No. You choose your type of work, and every screen uses your words: students, lessons and locations for a teacher. Nothing medical is shown.

Can parents get the reminders?

Yes. Put the parent's phone and email on the student, and the reminders and receipts go to them.

I have an iPhone.

Use it in the browser at /app: the same account and the same records. What the browser cannot do is remind you of a session once the tab is closed.

What if I stop using it?

Clients, sessions and payments export as Excel files at any time, and a whole practice is deleted on request. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.

Every plan and cycle, side by side

Your next student could already be in it.

In the browser now, or on any Android phone from version 8.
