The chart, without the filing cabinet

Reminders from your number
An email goes out on its own before each appointment. On WhatsApp the message is written for you and opens in your own chat, so patients see the clinic's number and reply to it.
Patients ask for a time online
Share a booking page, or send one patient a link with the times you offer them. Every request waits for your approval, and the page can sit inside your own website.
No double bookings
A clash or a slot outside working hours is flagged while you are still choosing it, and done, cancelled or missed colours the week at a glance.
Reception, doctors and billing in one practice
Invite your colleagues and decide what each of them can reach: an assistant books, a practitioner sees the records, billing sees the money. Each place you work from has its own address, hours and fees, and the books add up per place.

Is it only for therapists?
No. It is for any health practice: doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists and therapists. Pick Healthcare as your type of work and the app speaks of patients, clinics and visits.
What does the free trial include?
Everything. A new account starts on the full plan for its first month, with no card. If you keep it, you pay from the app when the trial ends; nothing renews by itself.
Can my receptionist use it without seeing medical records?
Yes. Give them the Assistant role: they book, reschedule and take payments, and the clinical record stays closed to them.
What happens when the internet drops?
Bookings and edits made on the phone without a signal wait on the device and are sent when it comes back. Clinical notes are written online, so two people never overwrite each other.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Patients, appointments and payments export as Excel files at any time, and a whole practice is deleted on request. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.
