For dietitians and nutritionists

Follow-ups, measurements and plans, in one place.

Follow-up visits booked, patients reminded from your own WhatsApp number, the history, the measurements and the plan on each patient, and the fee settled from the same screen. On Android and in the browser, in English and Arabic.

Free for 30 days, no card, and nothing renews itself.

The week view: sessions across five working days, two of them double booked, and the hours outside the working day folded into a strip at each end. The week view: sessions across five working days, two of them double booked, and the hours outside the working day folded into a strip at each end.
A week, as the practice actually works it.

Follow-ups that happen

A diet works over months of check-ins. Three things the app does to keep patients coming back.

Reminded from your number

An email goes out on its own the day before. For WhatsApp, the message is written for you and opens in your own chat with the patient, so it arrives from the number they already have saved.

A check-in every two weeks goes in once

Regular follow-ups are one series, not a diary full of copies. A clash or a slot outside your hours is flagged while you are still choosing it.

Who has not been back

The insights screen lists the patients who came at least once and have not been in for a while, longest first.

The record

Each patient's history, measurements and plan

Pick healthcare as your type of work and the app keeps a patient file: medical history and conditions, notes from each visit, a plan with goals, recommendations to take home, and lab results attached.

  • A medical history, with chronic conditions and allergies
  • Fields of your own: weight, height, waist, activity
  • A plan per patient, with goals and progress
  • Recommendations and lab results kept on the patient

Paid per visit

Each visit carries its own fee from your price list. Take cash or a transfer, in USD, LBP or EUR, send a receipt, and see who still owes you on one screen.

How billing works

The booking page a patient sees on a phone: the days with room in them, the free times on the day they picked, and one button to ask for it. The booking page a patient sees on a phone: the days with room in them, the free times on the day they picked, and one button to ask for it.

New patients

A link instead of a phone call

Put one public booking page on your Instagram bio, or send a patient their own link with the times you offer them. A request waits for your approval before it lands in your week.

How the booking page works

What it costs

Patient files, plans and the medical history are on the Pro plan: ⁨$30.00⁩ a month, or less paid yearly, after 30 days free.

Can I record weight over time?

Add the measurements you take as fields of your own, and write each reading in the notes of the visit. Every visit stays on the patient, in order.

I see patients online too.

Give a session a meeting link (Zoom, Meet, Teams) and it travels with the reminder. A location of your own can carry one for every session booked there.

I have an iPhone.

Use it in the browser at /app: the same account and the same records. What the browser cannot do is remind you of a session once the tab is closed.

What if I stop using it?

Clients, sessions and payments export as Excel files at any time, and a whole practice is deleted on request. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.

Every plan and cycle, side by side

Your next patient could already be in it.

In the browser now, or on any Android phone from version 8.
