Using Calcendar.
Plain terms for a small product. Where your practice has signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over this page.
The account
- An account is used once it holds a licence, whether you paid for one or an administrator granted it. An administrator can suspend an account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Do not share it.
- Staff you invite act with the permissions you give them; those are your choice.
The data is yours
Patient records entered by your practice belong to your practice. We hold them so you can use them, and we export them for you on request: patients, sessions and transactions already export as CSV from inside the app.
You are responsible for having the right to record what you record, for telling patients what you keep, and for meeting whatever your profession and your country require of you.
Paying for it
- A licence is bought for a fixed length: a month, three months or a year. It runs to the date it is granted for and then stops.
- Nothing renews itself and no card is kept. Every renewal is a payment you choose to make, and time you have already paid for is added to it rather than replaced.
- Prices are what this site shows on the day you pay. A price that changes later does not change a licence already granted.
- A payment that fails takes nothing. If one is taken in error, write to us from the contact page and we will refund it.
What the software is not
Calcendar is a scheduling, records and billing tool. It does not diagnose, does not treat, and does not check your clinical judgement. Scored assessments report a total and the band the source publishes for it; reading that score is your job, not the app's.
Availability
We keep it running and we back it up, but it is provided as it is, without a warranty and without an uptime promise. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose: the export is there for exactly that.
Fair use
- Do not use the service to break the law or to harass anyone.
- Do not attempt to reach another practice's data, or to test that in production.
- Do not resell access or run it as a service for practices that are not yours.
Found a security problem? Tell us through the contact page before telling anyone else, and we will fix it and credit you.
Ending it
Stop whenever you like. Ask us to delete your practice and we will delete it, including the patient records in it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Changes
When these terms change materially we will say so on this page and, for anything that affects your data, by email to the account address.
