The week, the notes and the fees, off paper.
Sessions booked, clients reminded from your own WhatsApp number, notes and scored questionnaires filed on the person, and the fee settled from the same screen. On Android and in the browser, in English and Arabic.
Free for 30 days, no card, and nothing renews itself.
Fewer empty hours
A missed session is an hour you cannot sell twice. Three things the app does about it.
They are reminded, from your number
An email goes out on its own the day before. For WhatsApp, the message is written for you and opens in your own chat with the client, so it arrives from the number they already have saved, and their reply lands with you.
The weekly slot goes in once
A standing appointment is one series, not fifty-two entries. A clash or a slot outside your hours is flagged while you are still choosing it.
Missed is a status, not a memory
Done, cancelled or missed colours the week, and attendance over a month or a year is one screen. A session nobody has marked done is never called unpaid.
Filed on the person, in the words you used
Open the session and the app holds it: a running clock, the notes you type, the instruments you score, and a Finish that closes it and confirms the fee. The last few notes for that client sit under it, already open.
- Consultation notes by clinical date, and treatment plans with goals and progress
- Notes by hand, with a stylus or a finger, kept as strokes so they stay sharp
- PHQ-9, GAD-7, DASS-21, PCL-5, ASRS, PID-5-BF and the DSM-5 cross-cutting measure, scored with their bands
- Screening checklists for anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, phobia and hyperactivity
- Build your own instrument, or duplicate one and edit the copy
- A filled instrument keeps the wording it was filled with, even after you edit the original
Who can read it
- Only accounts in your practice with the records permission, and nobody outside it
- One practice never sees another's, and a solo practice is a practice of one
- Client details are not sold, not mined, and not used to train anything
- Kept on the server, not the phone: a lost phone takes nothing with it, and you can sign it out from another device
- Attachments sit inside the record, not on a public file host
Settled at the end of the hour
Each session carries its own fee, filled in from the rate you set once. Take it in cash or by card, in USD, LBP or EUR, and hand over a receipt to print or send. Who still owes you is one screen; what came in against what went out is another.
- A ledger per client, so a balance carried over is never lost
- A receipt for any payment, emailed as the actual document
- A yearly report with the breakdown and the net
A link instead of a phone call
Send a client their own link with the times you are offering them, or put one public page on your Instagram bio or website. A request arrives as a request: nothing lands in your week until you approve it. A form before the first visit can go with the link.
What it costs
Notes and instruments are on the Clinic plan: $29.99 a month, or less paid yearly, after 30 days free.
I work alone. Do I need the Clinic plan?
The name says what the plan holds, not who it is for. It is the plan with the clinical record, the instruments and the treatment plans, and one person can be the whole clinic. A trial opens everything, so try the notes before deciding.
Does WhatsApp go through a third party?
No. The app writes the message and opens your own WhatsApp chat with the client; you press send. Nothing about the client passes through anybody's messaging gateway, and there is no charge per message.
I have an iPhone.
Use it in the browser at /app: the same account and the same records. What the browser cannot do is remind you of a session once the tab is closed.
What if I stop using it?
Clients, sessions and payments export as CSV at any time, and a whole practice is deleted on request. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.
Your next client could already be in it.
In the browser now, or on any Android phone from version 8.
