For physiotherapists

A course of treatment, from first visit to discharge.

Sessions booked as a series, patients reminded from your own WhatsApp number, the medical history, the treatment plan and the home exercises on each patient, and the fee settled from the same screen. On Android and in the browser, in English and Arabic.

Free for 30 days, no card, and nothing renews itself.

The week view: sessions across five working days, two of them double booked, and the hours outside the working day folded into a strip at each end. The week view: sessions across five working days, two of them double booked, and the hours outside the working day folded into a strip at each end.
A week, as the practice actually works it.

A course that stays on course

Physiotherapy is ten sessions, not one. Three things the app does to keep them happening.

Twice a week goes in once

A course of sessions is one series, ending after so many or on a date. A clash or a slot outside your hours is flagged while you are still choosing it.

Reminded from your number

An email goes out on its own the day before. For WhatsApp, the message is written for you and opens in your own chat with the patient, so it arrives from the number they already have saved.

Missed is a status, not a memory

Done, cancelled or missed colours the week, and who has stopped coming is one screen.

The record

Each patient's history, plan and progress

Pick healthcare as your type of work and the app keeps a patient file: medical history, notes from each session, a treatment plan with goals and procedures, exercises to do at home, and scans or reports attached.

  • A medical history, with conditions grouped by body system
  • A treatment plan per patient, with goals and procedures
  • Home exercises written on the patient, ready to share
  • Questionnaires of your own: a pain scale, a function score

Paid per session, claimed back by the patient

Each session carries its own fee from your price list. Take cash or a transfer, in USD, LBP or EUR, print a statement for the insurer or the NSSF, and see who still owes you on one screen.

How billing works

The booking page a patient sees on a phone: the days with room in them, the free times on the day they picked, and one button to ask for it. The booking page a patient sees on a phone: the days with room in them, the free times on the day they picked, and one button to ask for it.

New patients

A link instead of a phone call

Send a patient their own link for the rest of their course, or put one public page on your clinic's Instagram. A request waits for your approval before it lands in your week.

How the booking page works

What it costs

Patient files, treatment plans and the medical history are on the Pro plan: ⁨$30.00⁩ a month, or less paid yearly, after 30 days free.

Can my patients claim the sessions back?

Yes. Any invoice prints as a statement for insurance, with the patient's insurer and member number, the diagnosis, your registration number and room to sign and stamp, for the NSSF or a private insurer.

I work in a clinic and do home visits.

Add each place as a location with its own address and hours. The calendar filters by it, and a booking starts from the patient's usual one.

I have an iPhone.

Use it in the browser at /app: the same account and the same records. What the browser cannot do is remind you of a session once the tab is closed.

What if I stop using it?

Clients, sessions and payments export as Excel files at any time, and a whole practice is deleted on request. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.

Every plan and cycle, side by side

Your next patient could already be in it.

In the browser now, or on any Android phone from version 8.
