Why is it not on the Play Store?
It does not need to be. Installing a file is normal on Android, and the app updates itself.
How do updates arrive?
The app tells you when a new version is out. It installs over the old one, and nothing is lost.
It says "App not installed".
The installed copy came from somewhere else. Uninstall it, install this one, and sign in. Your data is on the server.
Do I have to install anything to try it?
